Drivers delivering to Borden evidently don't understand any English or US traffic laws. Simple delivery instructions repeatedly ignored. (I have a covered space right inside my front door, protected from the rain, yet they repeatedly leave packages out, uncovered in the weather.) One driver stopped in the middle of the road and blocked both ways of traffic for 3 whole minutes in front of my building while looking in his van for my package.
