my package was marked as failed attempt and marked that customer did not have the one time pass code i have security footage showing the driver didn't even get out of the van let alone ring the doorbell to get the pass code which i very much do have if they would have bothered to leave the van and ring the doorbell they would have found that out when i contacted customer service they falsely claimed they would mark it for re delivery again today however it never changed and still has not been delivered

I had a delivery yesterday. I picked it up five minutes after they dropped it off, and my package was already opened and in the picture that they took you can tell that it was open prior to them dropping the package off.

Deliveries had been good until someone found my package in a wooded area in a neighborhood down the road. Please do something about this.

Delivery delays happen enough with this facility for me to write a review about it. Sometimes I get 1 of X packages on the expected date, most times they are delayed. Havent experienced any issues with USPS, FedEx or UPS. I can say do not pay extra to expedite your package as you risk not receiving it in an expedited manner from the Macon location. Hate to see Macon in the tracking details.
