Avoid this Amazon at all cost!! This place is terrible and they will keep you hostage as long as they can. Also don’t come in until 30 mins before your appointment time. Be ready to spend 4-6 hours here. They have no chills!!

I have never experienced such an incompetent and irresponsible level of service as I have with this Amazon facility. I ordered an electronic gift for my niece’s birthday—paid extra for expedited shipping—and was given clear confirmation it would arrive on time. Absolutely unacceptable experience with Amazon. I had two separate orders for time-sensitive medications and health items that were either never delivered, falsely marked as damaged, or delayed without explanation. I spent hours in chats and on the phone, was lied to by agents, and then told I had to return a product I NEVER RECEIVED just to get my refund. Total failure in customer service, communication, and accountability. Amazon used to be reliable — now it’s just exhausting.
