Every time my orders have to go through the Fayetteville, NC facility my orders are delayed! Someone really needs to look into the management of this facility!!!!! Fir the amount of money I spend with Amazon you would think they could do better!!!!
If I can give them a negative star I would, my packages been late 3 times. When I look up my tracking order, it says it's in the Fayetteville facility. I don't understand when it's only 45mins to 1 hr away from my house, but can't be delivered on time. What if it's a birthday gift for someone. It comes a week after it suppose to be due, SMH!! They need to do better, people expect their packages to get there when it says.
Easy in and out
This warehouse is magic place. All orders are vaporizing there. Have to reorder a lot of stuff because of this location. If I see my order is delayed, I am 100% sure it is at this warehouse. Horrible service. Amazon leadership has to look closely to the managers there.
