Tired of their drivers speeding in stave falls , vans driving around full throttle . When I confronted driver - they swear at me
Extremely frustrating with this facility and Amazon Canada as a whole. Wait to place order on specific days for a Saturday delivery. Makes it to the facility for processing and never makes it on a truck. Had to cancel and return a mattress 3X so far. Customer service is terrible with assisting a resolution. Why is this so difficult!!
Not a review of the products per se, but rather the horrible behavior by the Amazon delivery personnel. This is in relation to Maple Ridge deliveries. Recently, they have taken to throwing our deliveries over our gate onto our front stoop. They can't be bothered to take the 20 seconds it takes to open the gate, take 2 steps and place the items on the stoop. If they do, they often leave the gate open.
