Waiting for a call counsellor from 9.40 am this morning. Need a sick note for today and tommrow. Call then few time today. Been very patient..Lots see the doctor call me back for they finals at 4 pm

I’m happy with my doctor but medical centre itself it’s like nobody managing it. Never answer the phone, I really don’t need to see my doctor most of the time and I can book for phone appointment, but I can not book via Health Engine for that and I need to call them,and they never answer the phones!!!!
Brought my mom for flu vaccine with no medicare card. Dr charged consultant fee of $80 and this is what I got: zero service, plus only one question if my mom is healthy for the vaccine, the whole consulting only took 1 min and the bills ends up “Level B Surgery Consultant” which $80 + $20 vaccine fee. Wasted time, not recommended to anyone in the community
