My wife and I order a lot from Amazon, we have found that order is coming from the Jacksonville facility about 50% of the time are wrong. Not sure what’s going on in Jacksonville but it’s evidently not good. Amazon has always taken care of it and made it right, but, seems as though they are paying people for nothing and costing the company a lot of money in returns, etc.. The picture below depicts the most recent screwup. Ordered 120 packages of the crystal light, I got 10.
