I had An order of 100 books, nine of them the covers were completely bent, pages folded over and Books jammed in side of other books. It’s a shame. I wish I could post pictures. Then I had an additional 50 bucks ordered, of those five of those Books covers were ruined. Two of the five were jammed into other books bending the pages. There was one piece of paper packing material otherwise the books were just bouncing around in the box. I wish there was some other way to get Books from Amazon, then going through Coppel, Texas…
Delivery went smoothly. The exit gate had some trouble, but the staff stayed polite and unloaded everything quickly. Overall, still a great experience.
