I can’t believe the level of customer service at this Amazon facility. This particular warehouse is the worst, and it’s mainly because of one individual — a Black woman who usually works the afternoon shift. She clearly doesn’t like her job or respect truck drivers. She treats us poorly, uses foul language, and acts unprofessionally. I previously reported her behavior to the facility manager, but nothing was done.
