The absolute worst idk if the drivers are that lazy and incompetent to complete their work but back to back delays on my orders is crazy and its frustrating that there’s no resolution I live 10 minutes from the facility HOW DO YOU KEEP LOSING MY ORDER?! Just makes Amazon as a whole look bad

TRAIN your drivers especially the Flex drivers to not leave packages on the floor in the parcel locker room at Chapel Hill Apts, Lewisville. We have 400 lockers. As Resident Concierge, it is not my job to redeliver these packages because of their negligence, bad customer service, bad quality care. Some of the drivers who deliver to the lockers put packages to the wrong resident or in the wrong locker when the lockers are in numeric order! It’s unbelievable!

The most asinine packaging on the freaking planet. All these items were ordered at the same exact time but they were delivered like this. I guess it's too difficult to put all the items in one box. So much for Amazon's commitment to the environment and reducing waste. Ridiculous...

Please train your drivers to follow basic instructions. I have my gate code in my delivery profile and the drivers don't even try and deliver anything. They just mark location as unavailable. Why even pay for prime if they can't delivery anything?

Both PA and assistant were rude. I was told to wait for a trailer and did so. After they decided to load it the assistant came and told me he told me to wait until the light was green to cover his backside in front of the process assistant. Process assistant says with attitude, well you're good now just take this other trailer. The lie nor the attitude because of the lie was unprofessional as well highly unnecessary.
