I can’t believe the level of customer service at this Amazon facility. This particular warehouse is the worst, and it’s mainly because of one individual — a Black woman who usually works the afternoon shift. She clearly doesn’t like her job or respect truck drivers. Simple suggestion. Just don't work at this amazon warehouse. It's one of the location with low motivation, low productivity, low enthusiasm, and not to mention low food quality. Work environment is very hostile as well because of too much workloads so fight arguements happened alot here. Snacks they gave you cookies or some small unhealthy snacks. Is there a number I can call about picking up my package. Amazon takes too long for something that shouldn't. If y'all's warehouse is only 30 minutes away and y'all have had my package for HOURS NOW and still not out for delivery. At this point I wanna go up there myself and get my shit
