I am currently driving and need to use the internet, but there is no network coverage here. I can place a call to Amazon—though only for a minute. What kind of absurdity is this? I need internet access *inside* the cab so I can use the app to manage the entire process—from loading the trailer to picking up the next load. Please, could you work on addressing this issue?

Look this site is a good as any, but, 1 tiny beef I have is that when trying to check in last week at the entrance marked "driver entrance" me and other drivers were pushing the "bell" button to no avail. This we we discovered the "bell" doesn't work which is why myself and other drivers are being "dinged" as "late" even after rolling up 7-10 minutes early. Fix the "bell" Amazon. Maybe order one from....(⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)

The absolute worst idk if the drivers are that lazy and incompetent to complete their work but back to back delays on my orders is crazy and its frustrating that there’s no resolution I live 10 minutes from the facility HOW DO YOU KEEP LOSING MY ORDER?! Just makes Amazon as a whole look bad

TRAIN your drivers especially the Flex drivers to not leave packages on the floor in the parcel locker room at Chapel Hill Apts, Lewisville. We have 400 lockers. As Resident Concierge, it is not my job to redeliver these packages because of their negligence, bad customer service, bad quality care. Some of the drivers who deliver to the lockers put packages to the wrong resident or in the wrong locker when the lockers are in numeric order! It’s unbelievable!
