I can’t believe the level of customer service at this Amazon facility. This particular warehouse is the worst, and it’s mainly because of one individual — a Black woman who usually works the afternoon shift. She clearly doesn’t like her job or respect truck drivers. She treats us poorly, uses foul language, and acts unprofessionally. I previously reported her behavior to the facility manager, but nothing was done. Omg the staff is amazing and helpful and very professional and laid back. Amazing warehouse staff.
Simple suggestion. Just don't work at this amazon warehouse. It's one of the location with low motivation, low productivity, low enthusiasm, and not to mention low food quality. Work environment is very hostile as well because of too much workloads so fight arguements happened alot here. Snacks they gave you cookies or some small unhealthy snacks.
