If you have cardboard load they will unload is by driver it’s so heavy and no one will help you if you don’t unload they will reject your load .
I am currently driving and need to use the internet, but there is no network coverage here. I can place a call to Amazon—though only for a minute. What kind of absurdity is this? I need internet access *inside* the cab so I can use the app to manage the entire process—from loading the trailer to picking up the next load. Please, could you work on addressing this issue?
I can almost guarantee if my Amazon Items are coming from here it is going to be delayed then lost, and eventually find its way multiple days later. Definitely not PRIME service. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I wish I could block my Amazon account from even using this facility or not order of its coming from there. It has happened twice in the past week alone. I have contacted Amazon but they cannot do much. I wish there was a way to report this facility directly.
Y'all need to get it together. Straight garbage.
