If you don't respect appointments, then don't make any at all，I have an appointment at 10 AM and signed in at 9:30, but then I was told to wait outside in the parking lot for someone to assign me a door.I didn't get the dock until 1 PM, and then I waited in the parking lot outside until 9 PM before I got a call to say the goods were unloaded and I could pick up the trailer. Like all others ... Very lazy and inconsiderate to take as long as they do with 5 pallets... 10 min to appointment time and they have you go thru yard backmout the other side and back track towards the check in... then sit in off site parking.... call 2 hours later... Go back thru the process and drop in door... give them paperwork.... 5 hours later... an hour per pallete ..... Need to fire people starting with the upper echelon and working the way down to the janitor as the confidence level in who hires the lazy people This... read more

I’m giving this facility 5 stars based on my experience. My appointment was for 8:00 AM, but I arrived early at 5:20 AM. They gave me parking immediately and called me just 5 minutes later. They assigned me a dock, I dropped the trailer, and handed in the paperwork (BOLs). By 8:17 AM, they called to tell me the trailer was ready and I was good to go. In my case, I was hauling dog food.
