My house is 2 hours from this facility and there is 0 update. 11 hours later and 3 phone calls to Amazon to be told “oh well that sucks for you wait 8 more days for us to cancel the order or for an update it’s policy”. This is the 2nd time in 2 months this facility loses my packages. Yall need to close this hub.

I received 4 packages today. ONE was mine. Two were for neighbors [I'm not being paid to deliver their packages] and the other one wasn't even in my neighborhood. **As an update, I haven't had this issue since. I still have problems with Amazon delivering to my work address, but that's more that the drivers don't pay attention to my instructions and closed times.
