05/08/25: MORE THAN 3 YEARS LATER AND LANCASTER IS STILL SCREWING UP EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE THAT COMES THROUGH THIS HUB!!!!! Y'all have "lost" 5 of my packages in the last month. The delivery rate is less than 50% of packages that I ordered in the last 2 months. Congrats on being horrible at putting items in boxes, ya thieves!
they need to pay attention to what products they grab and ship. i ordered a baseball bat for my son and they sent me a fast pitch softball bat instead.
I’d like someone to explain why I pay for prime just to have someone load a truck wrong and have my delivery go to a whole other state?!
