Best service, super staff On Jan 12, 2010 hey Frank...I was at Amazon and wanted to let you know that I had excellent customer service. Dillon & Matt helped me . They were professional, informative, and took total care of me ... Amazon Bikes is AWFUL!!!!! Awful!!!!! Run away from this place. Way overpriced ($10 chain for $25) and an old man employee followed me to my car trying to FIGHT ME when I said I was going to a competitor! Also, i talked to my neighbor who purchased a bike here, when she was having problems that SAME WEEK they would not fix it! Didn't stand behind their product! Amazon Bikes is AWFUL!!!!! Awful!!!!! Run away from this place. I Searched Yellow pages and there you were - a local bike shop with pride in their service! You gave me an open date for a bike tune-up in time for me to participate in a group bike outing. They asked the right questions and checked the right things with my derailleur shifting problems... then they offered me a very competitive price for the tune up. On top of that they warrant the service. I'm pumped on this businessand, and I highly recommend Amazon Bikes.
