Fantastic customer service! We bought a house in midland with an in ground spa. We have been battling the West Texas first and balancing the chemicals since we lived in. Went in to Amazon and talked to Tim and Yani about our issues. Time offered to come over and explain our system and quickly check for any glaring issues. Mind you… this was 5:00 on a Saturday!
