We purchased our hot tub from Amazon Hot Tubs about 2 years ago, and the experience has been fantastic from day one. Just recently, I had an issue where the breaker tripped and the tub hadn’t been running for about 2 weeks. Everyone there is knowledgeable in pool and spa stuff.
Amazon pools and especially Yani have been beyond amazing. This is our first year having a pool and I’m always loaded with questions. Every single time(which is almost weekly lol) I go in to test our water, Yani is always very very helpful in guiding me what to do and it always helps out tremendously. We have had a spa and an above ground pool installed both by Amazon Backyards and we could not be more pleased with the hospitality, knowledge, pricing, and kindness! They are very professional and always ready to answer any questions! You feel like part of the family! If you’re looking for a spa or pool I 1000 percent recommend them!!
These are photos of my $150 hot tub clean I paid for. The owner Yanni, called to say she’s not giving a refund and wanted to try to send someone else.
