Amazon pools and especially Yani have been beyond amazing. This is our first year having a pool and I’m always loaded with questions. Every single time(which is almost weekly lol) I go in to test our water, Yani is always very very helpful in guiding me what to do and it always helps out tremendously. We have had a spa and an above ground pool installed both by Amazon Backyards and we could not be more pleased with the hospitality, knowledge, pricing, and kindness! These are photos of my $150 hot tub clean I paid for. The owner Yanni, called to say she’s not giving a refund and wanted to try to send someone else. Some of the most awful customer service. Getting someone on the phone is close to a miracle. They’ve come out multiple times for a leak and fixed absolutely nothing while still charging us, even when having to come out repeatedly for the same leak. We’ve had to pay for the water to constantly be filled as the hot tub doesn’t hold water for long. They will schedule us for maintenance and no one will show up this has happened MULTIPLE times.
