Used to be a great company. Now they’ve mortgaged their long term business for short term profits. Recently had a confusing episode with a high ticket item that wasn’t delivered. I was lied to by numerous reps and ended up getting charged with no recourse. Amazon is still useful for small items, but I recommend taking your business elsewhere for big ticket purchases. Amazon will shamelessly cheat you.
