I should’ve taken it as a red flag when I saw this business only had a handful of reviews. I made an appointment for duct cleaning and AC maintenance estimate. It was a 2 week wait, I had to take the day off of work because the only window they had available was between 12-4pm. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
