Mike came on time, was very efficient, and did an excellent job. He took the time to show me how clogged the dryer vent register was, and that the particular cover I had on the outside register I should monitor 1x a month to remove lint (it has plastic flaps to keep insects out but means it can clogged time to time). Thank you Amazon Air Duct Cleaning!
