There was no transparencies as to the location and disbursement of my order. How do I know that my order was mailed? or did they just take hundreds dollars and screwed off.
I have used this company for years to print and mail Christmas cards. They are super reliable and helpful.
Charged my card without approving a final proof for mailing. Claimed to have mailed cards, but even postmaster agreed they were never received. Avoid doing business with this company!
I've been using this service for years and overall, they've done OK. I know from experience that there are limits to printing technology and to the delivery service from the post office that they probably get blamed for - so I would take some criticism with a grain of salt. Do not do business with this company. I placed a order in the amount of $954.00 they never gave me tracking Information until I called and complained about it. They even said oh I'm sorry we never sent you any Information about that we mess up due to changing personnel. They finally sent the tracking information to me. I had to call the USPS because it said in transit a month later . The USPS called and said it never was in the shipping container.
