Zero stars, never showed up for service call and never returned my voicemail I left!
I would give this company 0 stars. I do not recommend this company to anybody. Had to call 2x to get pool cleaned and still to no avail. All the services that is advertised on their website, you will not get rendered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! WE LOST $375.
Paid 650.00 for a green to clean, was told 2 to 4 weeks for completion. They were never there the days they said they would be, causing us to lose time off from work, they only cleaned debris from the pool 1 time but said they did 3 times, they added chemicals maybe 3 times and say they did each visit yet water samples tested showed little to no chemicals at all in last 2 weeks. Pool is still green and dirty, even though we did everything they told us to do. I asked for 300.00 refund as their guarantee of green to clean has ... read more
