So I want to start off by saying as a woman I have never left a beauty service and gotten what I wanted. I think we are used to as women going in for a service and being okay with leaving without getting everything we asked for. This was NOT the case here with Johanna. I’ve been getting my nails done by Johanna for almost a year now and I always leave my appointment pleased. I get numerous compliments on my nails and she is always able to complete what I ask for—above and beyond.
