Amazing Tails is truly one of a kind. I originally found Amazing Tails when I had two senior dogs, and they absolutely adored the care they received. In fact, they loved being there so much, they didn’t even want to leave with me! Today, I have my sweet Austin, who is a very sensitive rescue—afraid of loud noises, a bit hard of hearing, and very much a “Velcro dog” who is deeply attached to me. Demi the owner is VERY rude and confrontational. Window of operating hours are: 9a-10a OR 3p-4p. My flight was delayed a few hours on my pick up day putting me passed her 4p option. I called Demi and explained my travel situation to her that I would be back in the area around 5:30p. She agreed to wait but would have to charge me "a little extra"...
