I went in today to buy a manga on release date, I didn't see the manga on the shelf. When I asked about the manga, I was first questioned whether it was actually released today. Then I was told the manga would not be put on the shelf till the next day. I am not impressed with business model of not having product on the shelf for purchase when the product has been released, I am even less impressed with the customer service.
