We absolutely love amazing storage. They have worked with us during hard times when we fell behind a little bit & been extremely understanding & helpful. On site management is great also , there was a time when she notified us when she even suspected unusual & suspicious activity &/or vehicles around or driving by our unit, which wasnt anything to worry about , Thank God but we sure appreciate her watching out for our belongings.. This is storage unit is clean every time I show up. The woman who runs the day to day stuff is always nice and keeps the place looking great. They have a bathroom in the front office that you can use during “open hours” but you can always access your unit with a gate code.
Amazing Storage Units truly lives up to the name. I’ve been with them for 4.5 years and the experience has been consistently excellent. The customer service is top-notch! Felicity is especially awesome and always a pleasure to work with! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and reliably plowed in the winter. Far better than 3 others I’ve worked with in the West Spokane area. Couldn’t ask for a better storage experience right off I-90.
Super nice and helpful very understanding when it comes to changes in payday.
