BEWARE!! DO NOT rent here. Today I came to access my storage and couldn’t. The office was not open during normal business hours. WAITED OVER AN HOUR. When I called to ask about it, they said no one could be here for 30mins. When I asked customer service why this happened I was told, “shit happens.”
