The staff and the dentists are great, but I think the Centereach office is overwhelmed by the number of patients that need to be seen. Be prepared to wait for some time. Honestly, if at all possible, go to their Elmhurst office (same dentists, different staff, but they're also great); the Elmhurst office might be tiny, but they can get you in and out.
Bad service!
This place was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I came in for a fractured tooth & when the dentist came in the room he had told me he was short staffed (that’s when I should have left) He began to work on my tooth & as he was filling my tooth he had asked me to hold TWO of his dental tools. I had my arms raised for about 40 minutes assisting him since he was short staffed. The whole dental office felt very chaotic.
