What a wonderful and totally relaxing experience! Helen and Peter are just the best, not to mention how adorable and special their dog Sophia is! The Villa is simply amazing and just as comfortable as your own home. The view of the river from everywhere in the Villa is awesome! I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway! I hope to visit again in the future.
We loved staying at the River House! Me and my boyfriend are travel nurses and stayed for two months. Helen and Peter were perfect hosts and the location was great for us. We had access to a canoe and kayaks to use on the Choptank (lots of 2-3lb catfish to catch) and it's secluded and BEAUTIFUL! The proximity to the beaches is definitely great. Wal-Mart is super close if you need anything, but the River House is pretty much turnkey and has all you'd need, plus plenty of space. Definitely recommend for travel nurses who will ... read more
