Yesterday, I called Amazing Poolz with a service issue. Rhonda checked their schedule and told me they would have a service member to our home by the end of the day. Less than an hour later a service member showed up and diagnosed my issue. I call Amazing Poolz because Roman Pools did not work on my brand of heater. I called on a Friday knowing it might be Monday before they could come out. Rhonda said if they don’t come on Saturday they would be there Monday, they would call when on the way. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call, Tuesday no call, so I called the original people who put the heater in and made an appointment.
