We just had a brand new Hayward heater and variable speed pump installed today and once again, Amazing Poolz did an AMAZING job! Jim, Rhonda, and the entire staff at Amazing Poolz are great people and we have NEVER been let down by them. The guy that came today to do the install (I think his name was Russ) did great job and was VERY professional. Thank you guys!!
These guys get it. They get you what you need fast. They help navigate the easiest and most difficult issues that come with a pool. Been going here for four years and will continue to go here as long as I own a pool.
Yesterday, I called Amazing Poolz with a service issue. Rhonda checked their schedule and told me they would have a service member to our home by the end of the day. Less than an hour later a service member showed up and diagnosed my issue. Jim followed up with a call confirming my equipment specs and told me they would have someone out the next day to replace our equipment. We LOVE our pool!! We had been dreaming of a pool for about 10 years and during that time we shopped around, got quotes, and obtained references. I call Amazing Poolz because Roman Pools did not work on my brand of heater. I called on a Friday knowing it might be Monday before they could come out. Rhonda said if they don’t come on Saturday they would be there Monday, they would call when on the way. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call, Tuesday no call, so I called the original people who put the heater in and made an appointment.
