the staff is crazy friendly and over the top helpful
Rhonda was nothing but a sweet heart Jim, other owner doesn't supply his own tools, works his guys to death and loves instead of pulling you into an office he makes sure to cuss you out in front of everyone. Jim doesn't care if a family member dies he wants your butt to work the next day. Big waste of time and their work is not high quality. The captain of the shop should set a good example but he's just a bully and treats people like crap. Don't go here
We just had a brand new Hayward heater and variable speed pump installed today and once again, Amazing Poolz did an AMAZING job! Jim, Rhonda, and the entire staff at Amazing Poolz are great people and we have NEVER been let down by them. The guy that came today to do the install (I think his name was Russ) did great job and was VERY professional. Thank you guys!!
These guys get it. They get you what you need fast. They help navigate the easiest and most difficult issues that come with a pool. Been going here for four years and will continue to go here as long as I own a pool.
Yesterday, I called Amazing Poolz with a service issue. Rhonda checked their schedule and told me they would have a service member to our home by the end of the day. Less than an hour later a service member showed up and diagnosed my issue. Jim followed up with a call confirming my equipment specs and told me they would have someone out the next day to replace our equipment.
