I have used Amazing Pools since 2023 and they have simply been amazing. Their communication is exceptional and Ray, the owner ensures that his staff is well trained and take care of the customer. My pool has been perfect since they've been taking care of it. Problems with equipment are handled immediately, our salt gen system is kept up and each week our service tech does a great job cleaning our pool. Leo used to be our tech but he is now a supervisor. Their new pool guy allowed Algae to develop in our pool. He would only stay 10 minutes and leave. Probably how the pool developed Algae not being brushed properly plus the new pool service had to shock treat our pool because he said the chemicals were completely off although we were billed for recent conditioning and had continuous weekly service without interruption.
