Their new pool guy allowed Algae to develop in our pool. He would only stay 10 minutes and leave. Probably how the pool developed Algae not being brushed properly plus the new pool service had to shock treat our pool because he said the chemicals were completely off although we were billed for recent conditioning and had continuous weekly service without interruption. We had areas of our pool where the plaster had chipped off and it was rough in some areas. We had several companies look at the pool and give pricing for repair. All but amazing pools priced for complete re-plaster. However, Jose told us he could fix it by acid washing and polishing it. He gave us pricing for both and as he was so honest we went with him and are extremely happy with the result. We saved $$$
