I have visited Dr. Felton for my annual eye exam three times, and I’ll continue to be a repeat patient. Dr. Felton is excellent at throughly explaining each part of the machinery used in the exam, what it measures, your results, and normal ranges for a particular test. My kids usually hate going to the eye doctor, but they loved it here. Dr. Felton took her time with both my kids explain to them the procedure in a way they could understand and kept a nice warm calm voice the whole entire time
The best eye Dr I’ve ever been to. Very thorough eye exam and very knowledgeable. Valedictorian I bet she’s so knowledgeable. She had the best selection of glasses I had trouble choosing just one.
Sep 3, 2025 3:40pm Lady at front was extremely rude. Although knowledgeable in her job, she lost the groupon code I gave her and blamed me saying I didn't give it too her. Maybe having some type of organization of her office desk instead of random papers/notes everywhere all over her desk she wouldn't lose stuff. Perceding too argue with a customer and telling me i lost my mind is unacceptable. The establishment is nice other than that and nice glasses too choose from.
