2024/08/12 (Mon) Roy always replied so quickly, and he did quick action. What a big deterrence between Amazing Plumbing and Water Heater Company. We troubled a Water Heater since Last Friday on the 9th. I mailed an Email with Pictures that showed its Troubles on 10th. However, they don't reply until the 11th. So I called them the same day, but they didn't answer my call. Because it was on Sunday. I called them this morning again on the 12th.
