I go to them every three weeks, the only reason I am not rating them higher is that I prefer more elaborate nail designs that they can’t replicate, when I go to them I normally get more basic stuff done but every time I go to them I always am very impressed and happy with my nails and am proud to show them off, my nail artist(s) are kind, talented and very professional and knowledgeable, they give me advice but do not force it and I will always recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!! what i asked for vs what i got and when i brought up how they don't look like the picture she made it my fault saying i didn't pick the colors right- when she was arguing with me against my colors the whole time and i changed them for her. she took them off at the end but made a scene and said that it was a waste of time. i also had previously asked if the design was possible and had a backup if it was too hard and she said she could do it.

Came here today for a “deluxe” pedi. It was mediocre at best. There was no proper cuticle care, callous care, or nail care. The lady doing my nails didn’t take pride in her work. She hardly scrubbed, hardly massaged, and used the hot stones for no more than 20 seconds. It was such a sad experience, especially since I spent so much on the service.
