I received an acrylic full set of white french tips that was $75 without tip to begin with, but on top of that the nails started falling off after 6 DAYS of having them done. When i got home i also realized that the nails were not equal lengths which just made it worse. I'm disappointed.
Anna did my nails really well and was very attentive throughout the appointment, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the work. I wasn’t completely satisfied with my toe nails because I felt the process of choosing the design was a little rushed, and they weren’t quite what I had originally asked for. However, Anna was very kind and offered to fix them, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated how attentive she was. 💕
I've been coming here for years and the last few visits have been so rushed and sloppy. Today was by far the worst. I came in today for a pedicure and gel manicure and was pressured into doing both simultaneously since they had an appointment scheduled in a 1/2 hour. They completed both manicure and pedicure in less then 30 minutes. I paid for a "jelly pedicure" that I didn't even get to soak my feet in. I was left with gel all over my skin and fingers. Designs came out as expected! Was able to get a spot very quick. Technician, Anna, was very sweet! Would come back again
