The first time I took my car for an oil change the older men did an awesome job DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES! Took my car for the second time and the young fella did the oil change as time went by I noticed the screw wasn't screwed tightly. Took it the third time for an oil change giving them the benefit of the doubt and who I'm guessing is the owner of the shop told us it was loose and it usually happens. These people destroyed my car. Took it here to get fixed and they destroyed it. Told me it was the core, two weeks after having my car and claiming they didn’t know my number. Then they said oh it’s not the core it’s the transmission. No thank you, I sent AAA to get my car and take it to another mechanic. The new mechanic said what they didn’t break, everything is taken apart. I was quoted 700 dollars just to replace what they broke and took apart, before he can tell me the original problem.
