He is right crooks and theives. Yes bud stole parts off my boat too. I got bud one week after I got my boat back from him. I ask him where my new carburetor was at. That i bought and put on myself.. He denies it. He stole my head and lifters, my risor, oil pan with my new oil plug in it, my alternator, did not put on my claps on my fuel line. He took all my good parts off and gave me old broken rusted worn out parts back on my boat. He is a theif and a liar. And I caught him red handed.
