I was very pick about a new couch I wanted for my living room. The store manager listened to my needs and had my couch custom made for me, even with decorative pillows. She also had it delivered and set up in my home well before my deadline. I love shopping there, I always find something unique that I like. It's worth the trip to NL!
Just replaced our living room furniture we had purchased there 12 years ago! We got a new reclining couch and rock and recline love seat and we are so very happy!!Their service is great and working with Chantell was awesome. Geno delivered and set up the new furniture and we were able to take naps on it later that afternoon. Made our Christmas gathering so comfortable!!
Had an issue with an expensive recliner I had bought here. The manufacturer was dragging their feet with the warranty situation but the store manager made sure I was taken care of in a swift manner! Free replacement on my chair. Thanks again Shantel! (sorry if I misspelled the name 😃) I will definitely be shopping here again
