The service at the location was good. The young lady that did my lashes was very nice and professional. I actually went in and did a lash test before I went in because I wanted to make sure I would not have a reaction to the glue. The page test went great so I went ahead and scheduled a promotional full set. I had some scheduling conflicts and as a result, I had to cancel my appointments. Leaving a low review due to having issues with pricing since my first visit, I was supposed to pay $89.99 since it was my first visit. I was not charged that. I paid $130 ish (shocked the heck out of me), then the next day they charged me an extra $65.99. Of course, I called in asking about the extra charge. I had to call in multiple times asking about the charge. No one seemed to know the reason until finally, they came up with something they felt was appropriate to charge me extra. Im sorry to have to leave a poor review but, Ally did my classic full-set lashes. I thought we agreed with a "natural" look. What I got was anything but! They were too long, thick, clumped together mess. They looked like a plasticy cheap pair of lashes you would stick on. I want them all removed before I go back to work! Not to also mention Ally needs to not lean on her clients head. I could smell her hands were dirty as well!
