I’ve been to Amazing Lash a handful of times, but after today, I will not be returning. I booked a classic set and ended up asking for a wet lash look, which I’ve gotten at other places before with no issue. The service itself was okay—not amazing. The prep felt rushed, and they didn’t use things I’ve had done at other studios (like a barrier over your face so hands aren’t directly touching you), but that’s not even my main concern. Called in to cancel my membership I had recently applied for. Keep in mind only gotten lash extensions a few times before and I’m fairly new to this. I decided to call to cancel my membership due to a modeling gig that required me to be bare faced and natural looking. The lady that picked up my call was extremely unprofessional and felt like it was an interrogation. Amazing lash has been a lifesaver for me as someone who is “on the road” full time. My experience with this location was poor considering my other experiences with this chain. I was notified of an appointment cancellation less than an hour before my appointment. Due to my travel circumstances, I was going to be over an hour away from this location. Park Road location closed. I tried Audrey Keil location , not good. The stylist J******( contact me if you want to know her name) said the style I chooses is not good for my lashes, not encouraging . I've been doing this style that I choose for over 7 years. She was dismissive and not friendly. . Very disappointing. If I could give a -5 I would.. Talked to Mgr, I'm sure nothing will come of it. They will put all the complaints in a dismissive box and move on without a care.
