Good thing this location is closing. I had my lashes done 6/28 which was a “refill” and so many overgrown lashes were left in that within the first couple of days an abnormal amount of lashes fell out especially from my left eye so my right eye was way fuller than my left. Went in for an “adjustment” and left with my right eye still a lot more full. When I told them it’s noticeable fuller on the right eye they wanted me to pay to add more lashes to the left to fix it. Cat at the Woodland Hills location is amazing… Love my lashes
They hire unexperienced stylists and let them learn how to do eyelashes on real customers. My lashes fell out next day. All of them! I contacted studio twice and they did not reply. I was not expecting refund, but at least an apology! Stylist’s name is Susie. Do not go there.
Suzy is amazing! She does exactly what I want and is so sweet. She’s so fun to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable!
Tierney has excellent Customer Service skills you just don’t see it very often these days. I appreciate it. My lash lift and tint was with Bree she did an Amazing job! Will be back for sure thank you for an excellent experience.
