They do a decent job but even with set appointments you will be waiting awhile. Happened a couple times I’ve been here. Yes, I come back because of their good work but wait times are frustrating. Updating review to 1 star. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked if I would be seen soon. The tech comes out and says that she did not realize she had my appointment and that no one informed her. She had to cancel and offered to reschedule. I ended up canceling and won’t be back.

I really enjoy going there, but they change stylists way too often. That’s the only thing that makes it a little difficult for me because you never really know what to expect when you get a new stylist. Everyone has their own technique and level of experience, so it can be a little hit or miss. Overall, though, I’ve had good experiences there and the staff is always friendly.

Sapphire is an amazing Master tech. She is quick, gentle, and very thorough! She has great attention to detail and will recommend something if she thinks it will be better for me.
