Gillian is amazing. Gentle hands, super sweet, and she did a great job. My lashes are perfect, light weight, comfortable, and they look fantastic. Best I’ve had.
The stylist do a good job. They are friendly, informative, and make sure you are comfortable. My observation I get a feeling the stylist or other employees aren’t treated well or valued by the lash studio company itself. I’ve worked in an environment like this in the past, I pick up queues or red flags most others would miss. I would never pry and make the girls uncomfortable by asking, but I bet you I’m spot on.
