I wish I could give ten stars!!!! I am from out of town and wanted to switch to this location but was having trouble online. The manager walked me through it, got me signed up and ready to go!! I then saw Natalie, a master stylist I believe and she was the sweetest and very professional. I love my lashes so much! Happy I chose this place :)
I asked for natural tapered lashes and got a glob of lashes on the corners of my eyes. Their “fix” was a full set of heavy lashes (which were asymmetrical). They then refused a removal because it was “too close” to the application date and it would be “difficult” to remove them. I then actually developed an allergic reaction to the lash glue and most of my natural eyelashes fell out.
I recommend Angelica M. She was very welcoming & knowledgeable. I always go with a classic set but she mentioned a hybrid set & I’m very glad I trusted her because they came out so cute (: Natalie was also very helpful. 10/10 experience!
