The lash tech was really nice and professional. The studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I gave it 3 stars because my results weren’t good. It didn’t really look like I got a lash lift. 2 days after my service I mentioned it to the employees who reached out and she didn’t say anything. I was also charged $20 dollars more for a “master technician” not really sure why the extra fee is charged. I’ve used them before and was extremely satisfied but I will say it was a different tech.
