Great experience! I was just a little thrown off when I got to the desk to pay because I was charged a master stylist fee, and the stylist I booked with was not listed as a master stylist online. Also, a couple of my lashes fell out as soon as I got in my car, but overall, my lashes look and feel great. I will definitely return.

I'm updating my first review of this location. It is a fantastic location. Everyone is always so warm and inviting and helps to to reach my lash goal. I was paired with Abi today and she was so professional! I fell asleep a couple of times because she was so relaxing attending to my lashes. Don't look at the 1 stars! Give them a chance. I have had a membership over 10 years with this brand. Trust me I know a good location and know what to expect 🙌

Rude and inconsiderate technician and front desk staff. My daughter left in tears after having a reaction to the adhesive and they offered zero assistance or empathy. Trash customer service.

This was my first time coming here for a lash lift and only my second lash lift overall. When I arrived, the technician asked if I had mascara on, and I did. She told me we would need to clean my lashes before starting, and at the time I did not think anything of it. The service itself was fine, and at the end she mentioned that my lashes were still wet. She quickly went over the aftercare instructions, including not getting them wet for 24 hours and not applying mascara. That was essentially the extent of our conversation d... read more
