I haven’t been here since Sarah left but I went back and I went with my gut as I always go to a master stylist and Ty did my lashes so good.. And she was friendly and took her time.
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Go somewhere else. Rude, terrible customer service. Had an appt, showed up on time and was told they were out of lash tint. When I asked why didn’t anyone call me to tell me since I was scheduled for a tint and lift, the eyelash lady said well that’s not my job to call you and tell you that. Look else where. I’m glad they didn’t touch my lashes.
I recently booked an appointment for lift and tint, got there and was the only customer in there. I walked back to the room after waiting for 10 minutes and the lady was so rude, barely said a few words. After I got comfortable and laid down on the table she told me they were out of tint and I could come back and do it or reschedule. I don’t really understand why nobody would have called me or communicated this to me earlier in the appointment. I felt very dismissed and the staff did not seem to care at all. I am very unsatisfied with the lash lift the staff was very nice and look professional but I think it’s all the product that they use it does not work I paid $119 basically for nothing they even don’t deserve one star I am very disappointed
