SCAM!!!! I received a couple lash lifts here over a year ago (decent for the price but high turnover so different person/results each time). I found a place with more consistency and moved on. OVER A YEAR after my last visit and they randomly started charging me a monthly subscription fee. OVER A YEAR LATER?!? I have changed my credit card number twice and now they won’t answer my calls.

I scheduled an appointment to get my lashes done and got the classic natural style. (Which isn't alot of lashes, very sparce) I went ahead and scheduled another appointment and got a membership, which charges your card on a certain date. The contract states that you have 72 hours to cancel your membership. I called 4 days after my lashes were installed to cancel my membership and was told that the manager cancels memberships and it would take a couple of days. I have had so many issues with this place and there is never a manager there to deal with any of them. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, all the doors to the rooms are disgusting and I don’t even want to touch them. I am worried about how clean everything else is including the hands of each technician. No one ever answers the phone or will call me back when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment.
