I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Biltmore Village location. I received a lash application service on April 11th from a technician named Amanda. While she was kind, she admitted at the end of the session that she was rushed and that the service was not performed to the studio's standards. Very easygoing
I’ve been getting my lashes done every 2 weeks by Amanda for a couple of months now and I love them so much! I have a subscription to go twice a month and they even texted me to remind me to make an appointment when I forgot! If you want beautiful lashes, a peaceful environment and excellent customer service go see Amanda!!
Mallory and Ameron are amazing! Such a clean facility. Best girls ever!!
