I am a bit disappointed to say the least about my first experience with a lash lift and tint. The whole experience took 2 hours from start to finish, sometimes was a bit painful and the results were incredibly disappointing. I only have a subtle lift of my eyelashes in the very middle with the outer parts straight as a door. I tried to call and request support on this and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have been a customer for several years. Overall, the quality of my lashes have consistently been a 10/10 except for the time when you all had “students” doing lashes. The disheartening part of my experience has caused me to terminate my contract. On THREE separate occasions I’ve attempted to put my contract on hold/terminate it but SOMEHOW that never happened. Receptionist was very kind and accommodating. My lash tech Reva was amazing very friendly. Both are fairly new to the company but definitely an asset to the Company. Will be back asap. Keep up the good work Ladies. 🥰
