I have been a customer for several years. Overall, the quality of my lashes have consistently been a 10/10 except for the time when you all had “students” doing lashes. The disheartening part of my experience has caused me to terminate my contract. On THREE separate occasions I’ve attempted to put my contract on hold/terminate it but SOMEHOW that never happened. Receptionist was very kind and accommodating. My lash tech Reva was amazing very friendly. Both are fairly new to the company but definitely an asset to the Company. Will be back asap. Keep up the good work Ladies. 🥰

I’ve never had my lashes done before but I’m so excited that I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Reva helped me choose the style that I would be most comfortable with. She was kind and gentle and answered all of my questions. I LOVE my classic/natural lashes! I’ll definitely be back and I’m even considering the membership thank you!
