I made appointment at today 9 am, we waited here about 30 minutes and called them but no one here. Only one robot texted with you.why made appointment then no show up. Bad credit business, better close forever!
The tech (I believe her name was Kenzie) that completed the services for my mom and I was so friendly! She was very nice and made sure to take her time and do a nice job. 100% would recommend her and this salon!!
The lashes look fine, but they were absolutely NOT what I asked for. I'm a first-time lash user and I asked for a natural lash look, but had booked a hybrid look. As a lash tech, I feel like it's your responsibility to clear up any confusions for a first time lash user if their picture does not match the service they want. If I had know I would look like this, I would've gotten a different lash service. My lashes do not look natural and I feel ridiculous with the way I look. I had a great experience at Amazing Lash! I came in for the classic lashes service, and McKenna was my lash artist. She had such a great vibe—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. She started right on time and finished right on schedule, which I really appreciated. The studio was clean, welcoming, and felt fairly priced for the quality of service. Highly recommend McKenna and the Amazing Lash team!
