I originally had an issue, and at first, it was a bit frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the manager personally reached out to me to address the situation. Bonnie is always amazing! Very sweet, and informative about her work. I highly recommend her —not only is she very knowledgeable and professional, but it’s always relaxing to sit in her chair.

I tried to call a week prior to downgrade and yet still got charged the same amount. I asked if I needed to come in to sign anything and called the day before my appointment too. Well I still got charged. I went about it the correct way to follow guidelines and still this... My stylist did a superb job, that's about it
