I had to go in person to cancel a membership and they never refunded me for a set I had paid for in advance. The manager said “I’ll see what I can do”, its been over a year and I never got my money back so I’ll write this review.
Leah is a Master stylist. Shes absolutely wonderful. Her job is flawless. Unfortunately this weekend she was not available and I needed a "mini refill" someone else (master stylist i might add) was available, so I booked with her.... oh my I wish I wouldn't have. She didn't isolate the lashes, she was more concerned with her phone that taking advantage of the little time we had.
