I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years, & honestly, my feelings are mixed. On the positive side, the lash techs themselves do great work. As someone who trains mixed martial arts, I need lashes that can hold up through hard practices—& they usually do. The quality of the application is consistently solid, & I’m always happy with how my lashes look when I leave. However, the professionalism & time management here continue to be a real issue. Nice people. Clean salon. The quality of the lashes is cheap and the tech didnt do a good job. A couple lashes fell out a few hours later. And I really dont like the shape and style, looks cheap.
This was my first time with a lash lift and tint and I was nervous. Secoya was amazing and made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. And the result was exactly as expected.
