I think the pricing is misleading. As a new first time customer I was told that I would have the first time intro pricing of $99 regardless of the style I chose. After my service was completed my bill was $140 not including tip. When I asked for the breakdown of the bill, the lady at the front desk stated I had a mixture of singles and hybrids that was an additional $40. Very disappointed in my experience. My brows make me look like a clown and the waxing wasn’t even done well enough to make them look cleaned up and shapely.

So my lash tech canceled last minute so I came here for a fill. First of all the tech plucked out 2 of my eyelashes and that was painful that it made my eyes water. Then I saw on their website it was 35 dollars for a fill. When I checked out I got hit with “$135” which is absolutely absurd. I don’t know any private lash tech that would charge that most for a FILL. Lashes look good but not great. Save ya money folks. Find a private lash tech
