This was my first time coming, and I would not recommend nor ever come back. I scheduled for 7:45 PM,I received a call asking if I was able to make it at 7:30 PM I arrived at 7:30 PM and was not seen until 8:00 PM. The receptionist was not welcoming and Ill-mannered. I relocated from another state and have been looking for somewhere to do my lashes for vacation. I called to inquire about some information, and Yasmin, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, informative, & kind. I really appreciated the pleasant experience!
This place is a big joke they leave your lashes gappy and clumpy do not go here then they lose the history of notes when an employee leaves and tries to say that the employee was putting lashes that should’ve been charged for when I had no acknowledgment of the situation which lashes she was using on me cause I was on a grandfathered plan and always been getting the same ones that come with my plan. This location did not honor a credit of $79.99 that I purchased before my pregnancy. I left phone messages for the manager and even sent a refund request email to the store owner. It’s been 3 weeks and no one has called or tried to help me with my refund. AVOID THIS LOCATION
